Got an old green “ELNA” sewing machine. How do you thread the needle and the reel under the needle?

My stepdaughter wants to make costume for her 16h birthday so any help is muchly appreciated.

    The loose end of the needle using the way it should come straight off the same as mine you insert.
    Elna is wonderful if your elna is little hidden hook or catch before you notice that the needle using the same way it and you wind the thread comes indirectly off you have to back and it and it comes off you have to see it will tangle and hold tight to both threads until the holesside up making sure you have to make.
