My gadgets and use converters the us and use converters the only major problem with the only major problem with the us and appliances work perfectly.

Yes. If the voltage has been converted it will run fine. They use 50Hz instead of 60, so it will run slower, but I doubt that will make much difference with a sewing machine.
As someone noted, the affect of slower motors can affect some clocks, but other than that it’s not a problem.
